This month of August we are exploring the Five Points of Power for a successful life. We know we are unlimited spiritual beings in an unlimited Universe which is always conspiring to produce that which we are willing to accept. Despite what the world tells us, we know there is good for us and we ought to have it. At the Center for Spiritual Living we dare to speak the Truth!
The Five Points of Power are:
I Always Pay Attention;
I Take Total Responsiiblity for My Life;
I Ask for What I Want When I Want It;
I Speak My Truth and Speak It Quickly; and
I Always Keep My Commitments.
So drop by on Sunday (place/time below) for a talk on IAlways Keep My Commitments being given by Dr. Sandy Freeman-Loomis!. Come and join us in consciousness for the tools to self empowerment! It's a real gas!
The schedule for upcoming classes is complete. . . for now (see "Scheduled Events" in upper right corner of this page). For now we will hold classes in Rev. Carole's home, pending completion of our new space buildout. Please call 925.363.9070 for details on location. I will be teaching SOM 101, The Spiritual Path, the SOM 200 class is Its All God based on Walter Starcke's work.
Monday evenings will be dedicated to a series of prosperity classes. On September 13th we will begin a 4-week session on The Four Spiritual Laws of Prosperity, by Edwene Gaines. Next on tap for Monday Prosperity series will be a 6-week session on The Energy of Money by Maria Nemeth, beginning October 18th. Other classes in the works are A Course in Miracles and Principles of Financial Freedom.
More terrific news!. . . although we are ready for our new space, the City is moving slower than we would like in processing our paperwork for a special use permit. It appears we can't get on the hearing schedule until the end of September! Our new space is large enough to house our sanctuary, offices, and fabulous new bookstore, and is in Pleasant Hill, just a mile from the 680 freeway. As soon as we are certain the permit will be granted, we will announce the exact location and date of our first Sunday Celebration there. Of course, we are already celebrating, knowing we will be moving into our new permanent space soon!
In the meantime, we will continue in our beautiful space for Sunday Celebrations at the Hilton Hotel, 1970 Diamond Blvd, just off Willow Pass in Concord, and our Celebration begins at 10:30 am. Meditation is at 10:00, and we do have accommodations for children, so come by and join us each week for this special time together. No matter who you are or where you are on your spiritual journey. . . you are welcome here, so welcome home!
